To request to submit outdoor items, please email bikestopcafe@gmail.com with a short description of your items. We will provide you with a vendor number and set up a time for you to drop off your items.

Sell your gently loved outdoor gear for Cash or Store Credit.

We'd love to have you submit your gear for our gear exchange! The gear will be out for sale at our store, Bike Stop Outpost 610 S Main for the month of March. 2023 during normal business hours. 

Earnings on Sales:  You'll earn 75% of the sale price as Store Credit or 60% as Cash.

How to participate:

-All gear must be checked in before March 1st. 

-We reserve the right to limit or decline any gear.

-All types of outdoor gear are eligible.

-All unsold gear must be retrieved by April 3rd.  Any gear remaining will become the property of Bike Stop Cafe and may be sold or donated to charity. 

-Check or store credit will be issued after all unsold product has been removed from the store.

-Vendors are responsible for tagging and pricing all merchandise. Untagged items will not be considered for sale. 

-All items must be clean and ready for sale.

-Bike Stop Outpost will pay all staffing, sales tax and credit card fees related to the sale.

-Bike Stop Outpost will display your item in our store for the entire Month, you will not need to be present for sales. 

-You may change your prices or exchange items at any time, but a new tag needs to be created.
